Payment methods provided by Pool2You
Credit card payment
We have elected BNP PARIBAS and their online secure payment solution, Merc@net. All during the transaction you benefit from SSL 128 bits encryption.
Your credit card data is never stored on Pool2You's server but on BNP PARIBAS's.
By choosing credit card payment you are prompted to follow several steps to complete the transaction.
1. Select the logo of the credit card you want to pay with (CB, VISA, MasterCard)
2. You are redirected to Merc@net's payment server
3. Type in your bank information: credit card number, expiration date and security code (3- or 4-digit value printed on the back of the card)
4. Log on with your secret code (if 3DSecure card)
5. Merc@net's server sends out an authorisation request
6. The issuing bank checks transmitted information, then allow the transaction to proceed or not
7. You are notified about the authorization or denial of the transaction
8. The transaction is complete
Bank transfer payment
You can make transfer payment to our account. Our bank account details will be given at the end of your order.
Your order will be dispatched after payment receipt.
The payment must be received within seven days of placing your order. Otherwise your order will be cancelled.
PayPal payment
By choosing Paypal payment you are prompted to follow several steps to complete the transaction.
1. Select the PayPal logo
2. You are redirected to PayPal's payment server
3a. If you are a PayPal client already, please type in your e-mail address and password to log-on
3b. If you are not a PayPal client, please fill out the create account form
4. The amount of your purchase is debited from your PayPal account or from the corresponding credit card
5. The transaction is complete
In every instance you must own a Paypal account before making a payment with Paypal.
How to place an order on Pool2you
1. From a product page, just add the item to order to your basket by clicking the
"Add to basket" button.
You can also add any item to your basket with the "basket" button, anywhere on the site.
2. Then, you are redirected to the basket page which summarizes the contents of your basket. You can either continue shopping by clicking the "Back" link (to the shop), or validate your basket by clicking the "Proceed" button. Validating your basket starts the order payment process.
3. Next, you are either prompted to type in your username and password if you are a Pool2you client already, or to leave your personal information (e-mail, chosen password, delivery address, telephone number...). Click "Proceed" to go on to the next step.
4. Finally, choose your payment method.
